Cancelling a popup
Sometimes a popup has to come down — the hall double-booked, not enough signs left, plans changed. You can take it down yourself in a couple of clicks.
How to cancel
Open the popup's page (from Popups → My popups). Scroll to the Cancel popup section at the bottom and click Cancel popup. A short dialog asks you to confirm — click Cancel popup again to go through, or Keep it to back out.
What happens after
Cancelling takes the popup off Forever Canadian. Anyone who already has the page link will see a "no longer scheduled" message instead of an error, so a saved link or a printed poster never leads to a broken page.
This can't be undone. If you change your mind later, create a fresh popup.
Removing one day instead
If only one day has to come off and the rest of the popup carries on, don't cancel the whole thing. Click Edit popup to open the edit wizard, remove that one day on the Dates step, and click Save changes on the Review step. See the editing-an-event help article.
Running low on signs instead
If the popup is fine but you've run out of signs, you don't need to cancel it. Use Adjust signs available to set the count to 0, or to a smaller number, so supporters see the right total. See the creating-a-popup help article for where that lives.
