Posting in a group
Posts are the heart of group life — that's where ideas, photos, and plans are shared.
Step 1 — Open the group
Click Groups in the sidebar, then pick the group you'd like to post in.
Step 2 — Find the composer
The composer sits at the bottom of the group page, below the message stream. It's a text box with the placeholder "Share something with your network…". Click inside it to start typing.
Step 3 — Write your post
Type what you'd like to say. The toolbar lets you attach a file or image, share an event, embed a YouTube video, or mark the post as a mission. Paste a link to add it inline, and type @ and someone's name to tag them (they'll get a notification). There's a character limit shown as you go.
Step 4 — Send it
Click the circular send button (paper-plane icon) on the right of the composer, or hit Enter. Your message appears at the bottom of the group's stream — that's where the newest posts live. Pinned posts stay at the very top.
Editing or deleting
If you want to change or remove your post afterwards, click the three-dot More options button at the top-right of your post and choose Edit post or Delete post.
Good first posts
A friendly hello, a short story from an event, or a quick question to the group are all great ways to start.
