RSVPing to a popup
When the volunteer running a popup needs a headcount, they ask you to RSVP. You can RSVP in two ways: from the site, or with one click from the email we send you.
RSVP from the site
Open the popup's page and press Yes, I'll be there, Maybe, or No. Your answer is saved right away. If you change your mind, come back and pick a different answer.
RSVP from the email
The email has three buttons at the bottom: Yes, I'll be there, Maybe, and Can't attend. Click the one that matches your answer. You don't need to sign in — the link does that for you.
Add a note
When you choose Yes, a box appears labelled "Can you bring or help with anything? (optional)". Type a short note — a table, a flag, chairs, AV, a vehicle, anything the host should know — then click Save note. A small "Saved — the organizer can see this now." message confirms it. (Typing alone doesn't save the note — you do need to click the button.)
Popups with shifts
If the popup has volunteer time slots, clicking Yes opens a small dialog: "Pick a volunteer slot or just say you'll be there?". Choose Pick a slot to scroll down to the shifts list, or pick the second option to mark yourself as coming in general.
Changing your answer
Most popups let you change your RSVP right up until they start. Just open the page again and pick a new answer.
