The verification email we send you

Last reviewed 2026-05-15 · About a 2 minute read

When you sign up or sign back in, we send you an email with a link. Clicking that link is what proves you're really you — there is no password.

What it looks like

The email comes from team@forever-canadian.ca. The subject line starts with Sign in to followed by the site address and a short number in brackets (the number just makes each email unique). Inside, there's a heading that says Sign in to continue and a big button labelled Sign In.

What to do

Open the email on the same device you'd like to use — your laptop, phone, or tablet — and click the Sign In button. The link opens the site and signs you in. If your email program won't let you click the button, scroll down a bit — the same link is also pasted as plain text so you can copy and paste it into your browser.

If it doesn't arrive

Wait a minute or two — email is sometimes slow. Then check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. Many email providers tuck automated messages away there by default.

If it still isn't there, go back to the sign-in page and ask for a new link. Only the latest one matters, so you don't need to worry about which email to use.

How long does the link stay valid?

Each link works for 24 hours. After that it stops working and you'll need to request a fresh one from the sign-in page.

Still no luck?

Contact support and tell us the email address you used. We can look up whether the email was sent and help sort out any spam-filter problem on your end.
