Signing in to your account

Forever Canadian uses a passwordless sign-in. We send a one-time link to your email and you click it to enter the site. There is no password to remember.

Step 1 — Open the sign-in box

Go to forever-canadian.ca and start the sign-in flow. A box pops open titled Sign In to Your Account with a short 1-2-3 explainer. Type your email address in the Your Email Address field and press Send Me a Sign-In Link.

Step 2 — Watch for the "Check Your Email" screen

The box swaps to a Check Your Email view showing the address we just sent the link to. Open your inbox on the same device, look for an email from Forever Canadian (the subject ends with a timestamp in brackets), and click the big Sign In button inside.

Step 3 — You're in

The link opens the site and signs you in automatically. You'll stay signed in on that device for a while, so you usually only need a new link once in a while.

If the email didn't arrive

Wait a minute or two, then check your spam or junk folder. If it still isn't there, press Resend Sign-In Link from the same "Check Your Email" screen — or click try a different email address if you used the wrong one. If something still goes wrong, contact support and we'll help.
