Something isn't working
Most problems on the site go away with a couple of small fixes. Try these first.
Try a refresh
Press the refresh button in your browser (or pull down on the page on your phone). Many small glitches clear up with one fresh load.
Sign out and back in
Open Profile in the sidebar to go to your profile page. Under the Account section, click Sign Out. Then ask for a new sign-in link. This fixes problems where the site has forgotten who you are.
Use a recent browser
If you're on an older browser, the site may look broken. We support recent versions of Safari, Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Updating the browser usually fixes the layout.
Check your internet
If buttons spin without finishing, your connection may be slow. Move closer to your router or try again later.

If none of these work, contact support. Open Support in the sidebar, pick Technical Issue as the topic, and tell us what page you were on and what you were trying to do. We usually reply within a business day.
